At Dreame Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home cleaning solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
